Meet Elina, a highly accomplished administrator in the home health field. Elina holds two Bachelor's degrees - in Sociology and in Nursing.

With multiple years of experience in the healthcare industry, Elina has dedicated her career to improving the quality of care and services provided to patients in their homes. She has deep understanding of the complexities for the healthcare system and is skilled in managing the daily operations of our home health agency.

Laura Rotmanskiy, Esq.

Meet Laura, a skilled attorney and one of the owners of our home health agency. After graduating from law school with top honors she began her legal career working for a prestigous law firm. Laura always had passion for healthcare and soon she decided to combine her legal expertise with her interest in the healthcare industry. As one of the owners of the agency, Laura is responsible for overseeing many aspects of the business. Laura's legal background has proved invaluable in her role as the owner of a home health agency. She is well-versed in the complex laws and regulations that govern the healthcare industry, and she is able to ensure that the agency is always in compliance with these laws.

Gary Mendelson, CPA

Gary Mendelson is a Certified Public Accountant and also one of the co-owners of our home health agency. After spending almost two decades in the accounting field, Gary decided to combine his financial expertise with his passion for helping others by starting his own home health agency. As one of the owners, Gary oversees all aspects of its operation, including financial management, employee hiring and training, etc. He is committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to each of agency's patients, and he takes a hands-on approach to managing the agency to ensure that all patients receive the best possible care.
